1. What this is

Payments made through this page back a public demand campaign for a proposed Matty Floyd vs Tommy Fury fight. They are sponsorship/support payments, not ticket purchases, and do not guarantee that this fight will be scheduled, promoted, or take place.

2. No refunds

All payments are final. No refunds or credits are issued for any reason, including if the Floyd vs Fury matchup is delayed, not confirmed by a promoter, or does not happen.

3. If the fight doesn't happen

If Matty Floyd vs Tommy Fury does not take place, supporters who paid $100 or more (Padawan Support and Jedi Promoter tiers) will instead receive PPV access to Matty Floyd's next confirmed Misfits boxing event, in place of PPV access for this matchup. This replacement is the sole remedy offered for this scenario — no cash refund applies.

4. Eligibility for PPV

Only payments of $100 AUD or more qualify for PPV access (or its Misfits fallback under clause 3). The $20 General Support tier includes supporter wall placement only.

5. Delivery

PPV access is sent to the email address provided at checkout once the relevant event date is confirmed.

6. Your information

Email, phone, and Instagram details collected on this page are used only for checkout, PPV delivery, and (where provided) tagging on social media. They are not displayed publicly.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time you made your payment applies to you.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
